About the event

Kay Michael, co-founder of Letter to the Earth, will offer a workshop for teachers - where participants can both take part in letter-writing, and learn how to deliver the activity in the classroom or other contexts. This versatile activity is a powerful way to help people who don’t think about the environment much - as well as those who are very concerned - to engage with it personally. Teachers can introduce this activity in a classroom even if their school hasn’t made curricular commitments to teach about the environmental crisis.

After the activity there will be some time in breakout rooms to debrief and meet other concerned colleagues and potential allies. Sign up for free or with a donation ... and don't forget to bring a friend along!

This event is especially for you if:
