10 senior leaders from across sectors will be invited to spend two days immersed in forests, gardens, a lake and re-wilding sites, learning together, gathering insights and envisioning change. Learning directly from, with, and as nature, we will explore how nature-centred approaches can support personal, cultural, organisational, and systemic shifts — and why this matters for the work and strategies we lead.
